Decrease constant teleporation of "Eye Big" boss from 4 --> 8 seconds

- Release the "Dash" key to end the dash early (quality of life change)
- Critical Strike Chance of "Dash" increased from 20% --> 70%
- When "Spin" does not land a critical strike, increase all critical strike chance by 10%. This bonus is cleared when an attack lands a critical strike.
- Basic attack damage decreased from 510 --> 400
- Basic attack speed increased from 0.5s --> 0.4s
- Basic attack "Swing" applies a "Bleed" stack if it lands a critical hit. "Bleed" stacks deal 150 damage every half second for 10 ticks. This effect does not stack but can trigger "Heal" as if it was from a Basic attack.
- "Plunge" attack crit DMG increased from 100% --> 200%
- Maximum Defense set to 8. When the "Guard" shield is fully casted, defense increases by 3 for 20 seconds. Each time the shield is casted, defense increases and the duration is reset
- Decreased casting speed of "Guard" from 1 --> 0.7
- When defense is higher than 0, taking a hit causes you to lose 1 defense.
- Player cannot trigger "Bleed" effect while defense buff is active
